At PEBOT, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a pet clothing item. We strive to provide the best customer service and ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below for more information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your pet clothing purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pebotpet.com. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a pet clothing item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@pebotpet.com. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange shipping label, if applicable.

Once we receive the exchanged item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will ship the new item to you within 3 business days. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

Exceptions

Please note that certain pet clothing items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. These items include but are not limited to pet bowls, wipes, and socks/booties. Additionally, customized or personalized pet clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged pet clothing item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@pebotpet.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue and provide further instructions.
